WHITESNAKE Guitarist To Join NIGHT RANGER For Summer Dates
April 12, 2007Guitar wizard Reb Beach (WHITESNAKE, WINGER) will replace Jeff Watson in NIGHT RANGER for the band's summer touring plans, which includes some dates in Japan as well as U.S. shows. Reb's involvement with WHITESNAKE is not affected by this decision.
Reb previously played with drummer Kelly Keagy in the supergroup project THE MOB, which released an album through Frontiers Records in 2005.
WHITESNAKE is currently working on a new album, tentatively titled "Good to be Bad", due before the end of the year.
WHITESNAKE's video for the new studio song "Ready to Rock" has been posted online at this location (Real Media). The track is one of four previously unreleased cuts that appear on WHITESNAKE's new live record, entitled "Live… In the Shadow of the Blues", which was issued in Europe in November via Steamhammer/SPV Records.
WHITESNAKE will release a 20th anniversary reissue of the multi-platinum "1987" album (featuring a bonus DVD) in late May.
